We know placing accounts can sometimes be confusing or frustrating.  At Dovco Collection Solutions, Inc., we offer three ways to place debt with our agency.
Accounts can be placed via info@dovcocs.com simply by sending the information on the provided form.  This form can be scanned and sent as an attachment.

We will provide you with a paper copy of a form. You can fill out the required information and fax to 847-756-7743.

Accounts can be sent to Dovco Collection Solutions by filling out our online form.  This is sent electronically to us and is the quickest form of debt placement.

We begin collection activity immediately upon placement of an account.  At Dovco, we know the faster we act, the faster we send you a check.
What We Offer Your Customers
At Dovco, we offer three ways for delinquent accounts to be paid.  This ensures that we will not accept the answer "the check is in the mail."

Debtors can call in and pay their unresolved debt by giving us their check information over the phone.  We verify the routing number and deposit their check.  This eliminates the delay of sending a check through the mail.

We will take debtor credit card information over the phone in order to pay off delinquencies.  We process these payments immediately to ensure we have received accurate information.

In our written correspondence with your customers, we provide a return envelope in which accounts can be paid by check or money order.

Customer relations
In a perfect world, everyone would pay bills in a timely manner.  At Dovco Collection Solutions, Inc., we know that this does not exist.  As an account ages, the likelihood of collection diminishes.  Statistics show that when a debt reaches an age of six months, the chances it will be paid drop to 50%.  After an account reaches the age of one year, this chance drops to 75% that it will not be paid. In addition, there is a 27% chance that when an account reaches 90 days old, it may never be paid.  This is why it is imperative to place an account with Dovco Collection Solutions, Inc. as soon as possible after the debt has been deemed delinquent.
